Walk Around the Earth in One Minute

Move

MOVE
by Rick Mereki

Want to see the earth, but don't want to commit hundreds of seconds to the trip?

How about sixty? Give the following short film by Rick Mereki that much time and you'll be saying what I did: "Cooool".

'MOVE' is the perfect example of what's genius about the digital revolution in film. I mean, can you imagine something like this ever getting made back in the days of expensive film equipment? Fun, experimental shorts like this are popping up all over the place nowadays, and they just set my mind racing with possibilities.

Enjoy!

More from Rick:

3 guys, 44 days, 11 countries, 18 flights, 38 thousand miles, an exploding volcano, 2 cameras and almost a terabyte of footage... all to turn 3 ambitious linear concepts based on movement, learning and food ....into 3 beautiful and hopefully compelling short films.....  = a trip of a lifetime.  move, eat, learn
