Apologies for the lack of updates - moving house has proven to be quite the time suck when it comes to free camera time. Fortunately we got a weekend free this last weekend and popped over to Chester Zoo on Sunday.
Only surviving now in captivity: "The Scimitar Oryx, or Scimitar-Horned Oryx, (Oryx dammah) is a species of oryx which formerly inhabited the whole of North Africa. It has been classified as extinct in the wild by the IUCN."
This little guy was very curious of our big camera lenses pointing at him :)
