Ko Chang: The Elephant Island

Ko Chang, sometimes spelled as Koh Chang, is one of the biggest islands in Thailand. It is located on the east shoreline of Bangkok, near the boundary of Cambodia. Ko Chang translates into "The Elephant Island" for the elephantine form of the land even if the beast itself is not native to it.
