Singapore's Endless happy hours

Just a dozen years ago Singapore's nightlife was so dreadfully ho-hum that the choice was either dire hotel bars, dark karaoke joints or a couple of pubs on Emerald Hill. Thankfully all that has changed dramatically, so much so that endless happy hours now vie for the attention of the island's modest population of drinker's.
