I linked to this yesterday inside my article about musical infographics, and I shared it via social media this morning, but that's just not enough. This spectacular illustration is so enlightening that it needed it's own post. Moreover, it gives you a real sense of how fantastically futile it is to play the lottery.
Not that I'm saying you shouldn't play the lottery if it's something you enjoy. I've done so from time to time myself, because hey, it's fun. Infographics like this however let you know exactly what it is is that you're paying for; that being the fantasy of being rich, not any realistic chance of becoming so.
