It last month of winter in Sydney. Usually it is wettest month and probably that is the reason not so much events during this month. Thought there are plenty free indoor events. Check this website for full list of events in Sydney. My personal highlight of this month is city2surf run. It is one of Australia’s favorite event and even you are not runner go to cheer for participants of this 14 kilometers run from city center to Bondi beach. The run is on 14th of August. An another event which should interested to travelers will be held at Gallery Red on Glebe Road. Gallery presents “Mileage: images from the road” by Matthew Syres. It is a photographic journey through three states and over 3500 kilometers, rendered in toned black and white on archival bamboo paper. Exhibition is open from 19 August until Tuesday 30 August.
